Back 2 School Bash and Making Health Happen Event

    This screening event will offer COVID-19 Vaccines. Child Well Checks, Child Immunizations, Clinical Breast Exams. Eye Screenings, Vision Screening, A1C Test. Hep C Test. Take home HIV kits, Rapid on site HIV testing, Narcan Distribution, Mental Health/Substance Use Disorder Symptom Screening, and a host of health information vendors, Blood Pressure Checks, BMI, and so much more.
    In addition to the Health Screenings, there will be:

    The National Guard’s Wall Climbing and Game Center.
    West Virginia University Back Pack Giveaway.
    School Supplies.
    $ 25.00 gift cards to the first 50 people that Vaccinated for COVID-19.
    A basket of Cleaning Supplies to the First 50 participants.
      Vendors, Give a ways, Goodie Bags, and Door Prizes.
    Snacks, Lunch and Refreshments provided for all Participants
